Jeremy Michael Adams, 30, of Lower Heidelberg Twp., passed away in the evening hours Wednesday, May 3, 2017, of natural causes in the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Aubrey N. (Fox) Adams. Born May 31, 1986, in West Reading, he was a son of Robert & Diane (Miller) Adams. He was a 2004 graduate of Conrad Weiser High School, and had attended Berks Technical Institute.  He was employed by Giorgio Foods, Blandon as a shift supervisor. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his son, Carter J. Adams, and by his sister, Kimberly Reuss. Relatives and friends may call Sunday, May 7, 2017, from 4-8 PM, at Zion Lutheran Church, 300 W. High St., Womelsdorf.  Funeral services and burial in Womelsdorf Union Cemetery will be private. Jeremy enjoyed playing roller hockey, watching Philly sports, spending time with family and friends, playing with his son, and volunteering with Zoe's House (a local pet rescue and animal welfare organization). We ask that to honor Jeremy's love of Philly Sports that friends and family show their Philly Sport Pride by wearing Jerseys and sports shirts to the viewing. In lieu of flowers, kindly give donations to Zoe's House at http://www.zoeshouserescue.com/support-us-donate/
