Nathan Allen Bender

Nathan Allen Bender, age 44, of Fredericksburg passed away of natural causes on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. Born in Lebanon on July 31, 1975 a son of Charles W. and Cindy M. (Hatfield) Bender. Nathan was a 1994 graduate of Tulpehocken High School. He was employed at Dara Plastics in Lebanon. He was a member of the Mt. Aetna Fire Company Social Club and the Union Fire Company of Bethel Social Club. Nate loved to spend time with his family and friends, camping, and going to the beach. Surviving in addition to his parents are his siblings, Christopher C. Bender, fiancé of Jamie Gerhart, Heather A. wife of William Rhoads, and Charles W. Bender, II husband of Nicole.  He is also survived by seven nieces & nephews, Tyler, Parker, Keith, Rachel, Austin, Mason, and Brianna. A Celebration of Nate’s life will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Union Fire Company of Bethel Social Club.  It’s open to anyone who knew Nate and would like to join his family in celebrating his life.
