David Stoudt Obituary

David J. Stoudt, 63, a resident of The Villa St. Elizabeth and formerly of West Lawn passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the Reading Hospital. 

Born in Virginia Beach, VA on January 29, 1958 a son of Mary Lu (Kuntz) Stoudt, of West Lawn and the late Dr. Donald Stoudt. 

He was a 1976 graduate of Wilson High School, earned his Bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College in 1980 and his Master's degree from the University of Virginia in 1984. 

David was a Rural Mail Carrier for the U.S Postal Service and last worked at the Gus Yatron Mail Processing Facility in Reading. 

David enjoyed history, nature, NASCAR, country music, trains and was a true Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan. He was also a lifetime member of the Heidelberg Heritage Society.

In addition to his mother he is survived by three siblings, Michael Stoudt husband of Kate, Tricia Dowling, and Debra Stoudt; and two nieces, Dakota Jane and Hannah Dowling. He also leaves behind many friends among the residents and staff of The Villa St. Elizabeth.

Services will be private. 

Mull Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Womelsdorf is handling arrangements.
