James J. Yeakel, Sr., age 71, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at his home in Reading.
He was born on December 31, 1948 in Reading to Frances and James W. Yeakel.
He was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School, class of 1966. He also attended Penn State University to study engineering. He received his bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University.
