Kevin J. Snyder, Sr.

Kevin J. Snyder, Sr., age 69, of Robesonia passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and friends on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Penn State - St. Joseph Hospital.

He was the loving husband of 49 years to Cynthia S. (Eisenbise) Snyder.

He was born in Reading on October 2, 1953 a son of the late John and Caroline (Gehris) Snyder.

He was a 1971 graduate of Tulpehocken High School.

Kevin retired from Bethany Children's Home in Womelsdorf as C.E.O., and previously was the Senior Vice President of Redner's Warehouse Markets for many years.

He will fondly be remembered for his kindness, generosity, devotion to his family, and willingness to serve others.  He enjoyed a well-executed prank for which he was well- known. He loved the outdoors, hunting, camping, cars, and his dogs.   He especially adored spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Kelly J. Sabold (Bret), Kevin J. Snyder, Jr. (Alison), and Kady S. Blass (Andrew); a brother, Mark A. Snyder, Sr. (Tracey); sister-in-law, Betsey 

Ginder (Fred); grandchildren, Karly, Brady, Alex, Owen, Macy, Annie, Emma,  and Carson; nieces & nephews, Megan, Harlie Ann, Graham, Lyndy, and 

Mark Jr.; and great nieces & nephews, Maeve, Auden, Nina, James, Charlotte, Vivian, Eleanor, and Mark III.  He was happiest surrounded by his family, his "pride and joy".  

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 4:00pm at LCBC, 130 Redners Way, Leesport, PA 19533.

Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Robesonia is entrusted with the arrangements.
